3. Pay-Per-Call Services
3.1 Lead Generation

- Violate Google Ads pay-per-call or Bing pay-per-call policies.
5. Payments & Fees
- Advertisers pay for qualified calls (minimum call duration applies).
- Affiliates receive payouts via approved methods (e.g., PayPal, wire).
- Chargebacks may result in account termination (Chargeback Shield enforcement).
6. Termination
We may suspend accounts for:
- Fraudulent pay-per-call leads.
- Violations of pay-per-call industry standards.
- Non-payment for pay-per-call services.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for pay-per-call lead quality or third-party errors (e.g., pay-per-call number issues).
- Maximum liability = fees paid in the last 6 months.
