• We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in fraud (e.g., fake calls, click fraud).

3. Pay-Per-Call Services

3.1 Lead Generation

• We connect advertisers with pay-per-call leads across niches (plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, insurance).

• Promote pay-per-call campaigns in restricted niches (e.g., adult, gambling).
• Violate Google Ads pay-per-call or Bing pay-per-call policies.

5. Payments & Fees

• Advertisers pay for qualified calls (minimum call duration applies).
• Affiliates receive payouts via approved methods (e.g., PayPal, wire).
• Chargebacks may result in account termination (Chargeback Shield enforcement).

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

• Fraudulent pay-per-call leads.
• Violations of pay-per-call industry standards.
• Non-payment for pay-per-call services.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for pay-per-call lead quality or third-party errors (e.g., pay-per-call number issues).
• Maximum liability = fees paid in the last 6 months.
